Trump Renames MLK Memorial in DC
Shortened name "No problem-o!" he says
Breaking: In a continuation of the eradication of forbidden words from public places, the Trump Administration has renamed Washington, DC’s Martin Luther King Memorial.
The new name will be the “Martin Luthor Memorial”
“President Trump is extremely dedicated to his anti-woke agenda,” explained Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, at a press event hastily convened on the National Mall.
Leavitt was asked if the public might mistake the newly renamed memorial as being for the 16th century German theologian, professor, pastor, and church reformer Martin Luthor, who launched the Protestant Reformation.
“Of course not, silly!” she replied. *”But even if they did, it would be perfectly appropriate because Luthor was a terrific religious leader, too.”
Leavitt denied the rumor circulating among Trump insiders that the President had originally suggested the name, “Lex Luthor.”
“He's way too much of a stable genius to do that!” she declared.
“Stable” and “genius” in the same sentence?? Let alone on their own?? Oh my! I guess I need to purchase one of the new and coming to a website near you..Trump 2025 dictionaries and get my facts straight 😉
Actually, in the current climate that we are being subjected to, we really can’t tell the difference between what is real and satire. It’s one horrible dream.
