On NextDoor, someone mentioned contacting Fraud Dept regarding phone scam… got me thinking… couldn’t concerned citizens report Musk with Fraud Department as he’s imitating being an official of an illegal department in the US government? Seriously

Which department of the g0vernment is that? FTC? Or what agency has a fraud reporting line?

I’m in Delaware and googled Delaware government fraud line —and it brought up phone numbers depending on what type of fraud (fraud in government was 1st one).

I don’t know if they have a similar department at the Federal level, if not, he’s certainly affecting everybody at the State level! People could file complaints in all 50 states!

If the President and his billionaire cronies can circumvent the law, why not?

Because most of us have common decency and humanity. It would be unthinkable. If only those in Trump’s circle had some humanity and common decency.

Can we not pay our taxes this year too?

I so wish we could. But we would run the risk of being charged with tax evasion.

I keep wondering the same thing. Why and when will Americans truly take matters into their own hands. Is that what trump and Elon want so they can declare martial law.? If they are lawless, where does that leave the American people? To fend for ourselves or take trump out by any means possible , what? Very troubling times. We have been taught to obey the law. Democracy requires it. It’s not in our practice to be lawless. But trump and company are stretching the law breaking to a bursting point. We are gonna do nothing or come unglued at some point if our laws cannot be upheld by our institutions. What that looks like remains unknown. Resist the fascism and dismantling of our democracy.

Totally my thinking. I've been posting ideas for what the ordinary person can do. I'm in favor of nonviolent civil disruption, the sooner the better. Here's my most recent thoughts on this... https://open.substack.com/pub/jeff107/p/its-time-to-do-civil-disruption?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android&r=39dwsc
